Web designer/front end developer adept at collaborating across creative- and technical-focused teams, experienced in achieving visual communication solutions, and passionate about both design and code.
A demonstrated need for an easy-to-access online checklist for students to arrange financial aid, housing, and course registration before the start of their first term spurred the creation of specialized Next Steps landing pages for communications with admitted freshman and transfer students.
Content was developed in close consultation with Office of Admissions personnel, and visual styling designed to sync with the design of the print Admitted Student Handbook. Analytics tracking after launch indicated that students returned to the pages throughout the admissions cycle to reference process details and deadlines.
Institute for Business Analytics and Visualization Microsite

The Institute for Business Analytics and Visualization, an organization facilitating partnerships between local businesses and students at the Daniel L. Goodwin College of Business for marketing and analytics projects, was in need of a web presence to promote its services. Potential business and corporate partners were identified as the initial target audience, with content streamlined to highlight testimonials and success stories.
Ph.D. in Organization Development Program Microsite

In preparing to recruit for the 2018 cohort, the Ph.D. in Organization Development program’s web presence required an update to both content and design to better highlight the program’s features and increase its appeal for the business executive audience.
The site was re-launched in conjunction with a digital advertisement campaign and rapidly generated a surplus of inquiries and applications from highly-qualified program candidates.
In service to the school’s religiously and ethnically diverse student body, Benedictine University Campus Ministry began an initiative for the 2018-2019 school year focusing on outreach and welcoming diversity. A central landing page for the initiative and its goals, as well as event and participant information, was created for use in communications with students and the surrounding community.
Benedictine worked with branding and marketing agency Ologie to refresh its brand presence. To support the success of the rebrand launch and assist in training departmental partners in the proper use of new brand elements, the Marketing and Communications office developed an online brand guidelines handbook for internal and contractor use.
As part of the 2014-2015 transition from Blackboard Learn to Canvas for digital course management, Northwestern University Information Technology developed a microsite documenting the progress of the transition and highlighting milestones, upcoming training and events, and other information for faculty users and University stakeholders. The site was part of a year-long communications campaign crossing digital and print platforms that supported a successful transition of 100% of courses formerly using Blackboard Learn to Canvas for the Fall 2015 term.
Research Computing Services Site

The Research Computing division of Northwestern University Information Technology identified a need for a sattelite site to highlight the capabilities of the high-performance computing services available to prospective research faculty and provide support and documentation for current users. The final site was divided into two sections: an external-facing overview site with rich visuals, video, and research news, and a structured internal-facing site with higher content density.
